As the superintendent of schools, my contact is generally with Board of Education members, teachers, administrators, and parents. My contacts with students are generally not a direct link and are more often done through the work of others. In this capstone project my work will be to provide access on our school website, under the superintendent tab, links to resources that relate to the work I do to help Board of Education members, teachers, parents and administrator work with and for students more effectively.
I have created four sections on the site that will help different groups find resources that are most relevant to the work they do more easily. I have listed the lint and given a brief description of what the resource will provide and possibly how it functions.
This resource site cannot be an all inclusive list of resources. It will be a place that over time additional resources can be added and serve as a place that different groups that work with the superintendent can go and find valuable tools and resources. I hope that over time the resources that are placed in this resource tool kit can continue to be tried and tested resources that will help the identified groups reduce the amount of time that they spend finding appropriate effective resources.
