Good morning HES Families! Attached is our first Good News for the 2026 school year! A couple quick notes:
1) please remember to send your child(ren) to school with the appropriate gear for recess outside. We have extra items in the office kids can borrow when they forget hats, gloves or coats. But due to attrition, we are running low which has caused some kids to go without hats, gloves or the wrong sized coats/snow pants. And
2) next Friday (Jan 16) is a half day of school. Students will be dismissed at 1110 AM and teachers will have professional development in the afternoon.
HYSO Basketball will be back in January, 2026. We will stagger the start dates again this year, allowing the boys and girls in grades 3rd- 6th to both play at the MS and HS gyms. A more detailed sched...
