March 13, 2020 Coronavirus Communication to Community
Dear Hopkins School Community:
This communication is to provide you with additional information regarding the school closing directive issued by Governor Whitmer.
- Spring Break will remain as scheduled.
- All school offices will be open Monday and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. next week. If your child has medication at the school, please come in on one of those days to pick it up. If you cannot make it during that time, please call the office to make alternative arrangements.
- All events, practices, meetings, etc. will be canceled or postponed until after Spring Break. Exception school board meeting.
- There will be no community access to the buildings.
- Scheduling for grades 8-11 will take place after Spring Break.
- The Business Office will be open Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We are encouraging our teachers to share resources that will continue to support student learning during this period of time.
